HP Pavilion 500-164 Desktop PC

A few questions....

Are any detailed technical manuals available for the 500-164 (H6U14AA)? I tried the suggested page via virtual support & ended up with nothing, no results in Google either.

Oddly the build date is specified as sometime in 2020 despite product page stating 2013. I doubt that bears any relevancy, just figured I'd include that.

Second question.... Memory....

On the product support page it says the board is limited to 32gb total ram due to OS or hardware issues.

Is this due to the original OS being win8 (current is 10 x64) or the power supply?

I was given a 1000W power supply along with the computer & wanted to see what I can make it do with the maximum upgrades for as cheap as possible.

Would four 32gb sticks of DDR3 for a total of 128gb be possible with this board providing the processor is upgraded as well?

Onto the CPU....

What's the most "bonkers" processor I can use in general parameters?

Every machine I have LAGS to a slugs pace with movies, audio & editing programs, be it running photoshop alone or even worse, with music playing. I don't go online with any home machine as that just creates a headache thanks to forced updates & sneaky background processes.

I want to eliminate that. A 10 year old cellphone shouldn't be quicker than any machine I have so this build is in hopes of achieving that end.

Finally, GPU....

I'm hoping to stick a decent (in the "poor man's category") pci-e x16 gpu in as well too, so the 55" monitor wouldn't be a problem at 4k/60fps however I don't know what the generation limitation is.

Any thoughts on what the "max" is for that given the other planned upgrades?
