My photo-editing software shows an error code when I try to open it, and the manufacturer says that error code indicates my Windows 10 installation needs the Windows 10 "Creator" update.
When I try to install the Windows 10 "Creator" update, the MS WIndows installation program shows the error code 0xc1900200, and ends the update, uninstalled. (NOTE: The Windows Troubleshooter informs me that my system meets the requirements for installation/upgrade.)
So now I can't use my photo-editing software because my Windows 10 doesn't have the "Creator" update, and I can't install the MS WIndows 10 "Creator" update because the installation crashes.
Then I discover that HP has not tested, and does not quarantee, that my Pavilion 500PC, MODEL 500-205t, will work with Windows 10 upgrades! So do I donate my HP PC to Goodwill, because I can't use my photo editing software?

Hi,
Sorry I have to say: I don't believe this. When did you buy the software ? What is it ? ISoftware MUST work before Windows 10 Creator update unless software is from Microsoft which is designed to run on Windows 10 Creator update only.
Regards.
