Is what what all HP customers need to do?  Obviously that is not the behavior that we want from most if not all HP customers.

 

 

BTW---I knew about the method that you claimed to have used but I wasn't going to suggest it since you failed to answer questions.

I never said that's what HP customers need to do, I just stated what worked for me.
