Transcend M.2 240GB (TS240GMTS820S) MTS820S M.2 SATA III
Both of them is not working on my Pav 570-p033w Desktop, Bios .35rev, and BIOS don's see it in system.
What to do? Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!
As per the technical specifications mentioned in link1 and link2 the SSD with SATA III interface is compatible with your PC but not the SSD with PCI-E interface.
Let's try these steps:
Step 1: Restore the BIOS defaults
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press F10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
- Check if these changes are able to identify the SSD.
- If the issue persists, proceed to the next step
Step 2: Recovering the BIOS to an earlier version
-
Refer to this document and perform a BIOS recovery
-
Once the recovery is complete, please check if the SSD is detected
Also, try to remove the primary SSD from your PC and install the new SSD and check if the new SSD is detected.

Glad to know that the issue has been fixed.
You can install Windows on this newer SSD. If you have a recovery drive you can install a new copy of the OS on this new SSD.
