HP Pailivion 595p0074

Windows 11 update is always showing installation error 0x800103 on two USB Drivers update.  I have tried everything that can be don and it just won't go away.  The USB ports work, and I have no problems plugging anything into the USB Ports.  Its just annoying the hell out of me!

Are you sure it is 0x800103 or 0x8001031 ? Did you make any change to your computer (add or remove something)

Yes I am sure. The only change is  Windows 11 cumulative update

You are right it is installation error 0x8001031
