Hello community, I'm new here, but have had my pavilion for a few years now and it has been relatively reliable until recently. Firstly the HDD failed and I replaced it with an SSD thinking it would be more reliable. I also did a clean install of win10 on the new drive, but after a short period (a few months) it started to freeze and crash. I ran the UEFI tests previously and passed every one of them, but just now I ran the memory test and it failed, giving me a Failure ID: 9GF37T-OOO9A8-9XPK1G-MHO3O3 and the product ID is H1P28AA#ABG.
I've searched the HP website for any information regarding this error code, but as yet have found nothing relevant. I just don't have the time to search for hours and hours and I was hoping someone here may know something, or at least point me in the right direction.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

The failure code does not translate to anything other than failed. That is a bit strange.
You will need to remove power and then remove a module at a time and power on to see which module has failed. Be safety conscious! Desktop PCs can hurt you. It will be better to replace both modules at the same time with guaranteed compatible memory modules. Finding an absolutely identical module to replace the failed unit can be difficult.
The failing memory module may be what caused your hard disk to crash.
Do you have the most recent version of the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility installed?
