Hi:
It appears from the parts list that your PC came with a 3.5" mechanical hard drive.
You can replace the 3.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD, but you will also need a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter to properly mount the SSD where the 3.5" drive goes.
They make many different models of these adapters from very simple to somewhat complex.
I would take the PC apart, and look at what adapter would best work for your PC's drive mounting.
Below is the link to the service manual.
Upgrading and Servicing Guide (EMEA with shipping label) (hp.com)
The Windows product key is in the PC's BIOS, so you do not need to buy another copy of W10.
So, you can use the Media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive to install W10 on your new SSD.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
