Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to upgrade the video card on my Pavilion 510.  The problem is it has an 180W internal (laptop style) power supply.  Is it possible to replace an internal power supply with a 450w power supply into it in order to upgrade the video card?

@PeteDay,

Would you explain your terminology?  That unit is supposed to have an ATX 24 pin main and 4 pin aux power plugs.  It is not a laptop style power supply, according to documents.  The actual problem is the motherboard PCIEx16 GPU slot is in close proximity to the 24 pin main power. Dual slot cards have to be short length.  There "single" slot cards that can avoid this problem, as shown here.  The PSU wattage is a dictated by the needs of the GPU card.
