Pavillon m8160.it
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

hello,

please, I need help simply downloading drivers and bios to upgrade my HP Pavillon m8160.it  (czx732xgx1). When I go to the HP support site and enter my serial number it goes on forever without reaching the final page where I can select the downloads I need.

Can someone help maybe sending me at least the Bios?

Thank you and wishes.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I checked HP Support for drivers and BIOS updates using M8160it.

This product is no longer supported by HP (Link).

I was hoping to be able to get at least the latest bios that have been available before support was dismissed.

Hi Eugenibuz,

No HP support is available.

Your PC is cooked.

It's really disappointing from HP, I don't think would have been such a big effort to leave the latest bios available on line on their servers.

Anyway, this wiil reflect on my choices for next purchases, thanks for the informations and wishes.

Hi

Product Number : GL333AA#ABZ
Description : HP PAVILION MEDIA CENTER TV M8160.IT DESKTOP PC

Is what you have, with a

Motherboard (system board) Berkeley-GL8E - Includes PCI slots, 1 PCI-Express x16 slot, and printer port

which may have support from 3rd parties if you search.

https://www.impactcomputers.com/gg710-69001.html

Which is the latest BIOS?

That motherboard was fitted to about 75 HP models so maybe....
