Pcie from psu

I am just waiting for my elitedesk g5 sff. Can anyone tell me if there’s a 6+2 on the  power supply? And I see conflicting data about the psu wattage. I’m 90% sure here in the uk the elitedesks get a 250w or 500w psu. So I will upgrade my power supply to a PA-5501-2HA 500w 16.8cms long. Does anyone know if there’s 1 or 2 pcies and 2 or 3 4pins coming from the psu? I’m going to remove the cage so I can carry it on my travels. Is it easy to remove the cage? I will have all of my storage on the nvme or maybe store some games on a 2.5” if I can find somewhere to secure it once I remove the cage. These are so much better than a dell. Thinking of buying a g5 micro for my moms house

It is very likely that your HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF will come with a 250-watt power supply, which has no PCIe power cable.

There is a 500-watt power supply that is compatible and fits inside the case, and it has p/n: L77487-003 (L89233-01).

This power supply is equipped with two 6+2-pin PCIe power cables.

It is very easy to remove the top panel.  There is only one screw (Philips head) to secure it, unless you remove it, of course. Slides right off.

Yes, both AliExpress purchase options are compatible: both have the PA-5501-2HA designation, identical to the p/n: L77487-001 / L89233-001.
