hi
I cannot find this SoftPaq SP56875 patch
"Il est possible que le SoftPaq SP56940 et SP56875 ne soit pas la version la plus récente disponible du logiciel. Rechercher ce SoftPaq ou des versions ultérieures à l'aide du lien suivant. "
This may have been updated as mentioned, so the old version would no longer be available
have you in this case try the updates of the product page?
if it is this model?

thank you
i cant install usb texas instrument i have this message no compatible hardware as been found during installation please make sure that a TI USB 3.0 host controller is present in the system"
for the patch I looked everywhere
on the site I changed the system windows xp, Windows 10, windows 8
But I didn't find it
in the bios there is nothing to modify the configuration of the USB

strange, when I clicked for the first time, I did not find the same indications
but the given link is for windows 7 64 bit system, as long as you own the usb 3 texas instrument, which is mentioned in the article you gave
Texas Instruments USB 3.0 xHCI Controller
can you check if you have this type of usb, and if you have windows 7 64 bits?
is the device manager referencing usb 3, or is it not present?
However, I have a doubt in what is mentioned

I have windows 7 ulitmate 64 bits
I have no problem with the drivers in the device manager
I took a screenshot of device manager
apparently there is no problem
I tried to install the sp65043.exe but it did not find the hardware
to see the photo
so I do not know if I have Texas Instruments USB 3.0 xHCI Controller or not since there is no error in the manager of perpherique

curious, i haven't used windows 7 for a long time, but it couldn't be different
I am under windows 10, but there must be clearly a line with usb 3.0 mentioned, except I do not see anything of that at your place

Can you explain your problem more precisely, I don't want to stop there
I am not sure I have the solution, but I would like to understand, and try to help you
Was it working, well and following something at all, or whatever else?

i only have 3 ports, usb 2. which works without any problem.
I have several blue usb3 ports where the problem is
when I put my mouse or keyboard or usb key or other usb3 equipment (usb3 external hard drive) in the blue usb3 ports it does not detect anything
no problem in the personnel manager
I have windows 7 x64
in the bios there is nothing to modify
but when I put these materials on usb2 it works
I found the solution by installing the SoftPaq SP5687 patch
https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03318055
unfortunately I can't find it.
i hope i am clear

It seems that the port is no longer detected at all
the document would state that it is just the device, which would not be detected
it seems to be slightly different
Nothing can work if the usb port, doesn't even seem to exist anymore
Have you seen, if another update would match in the drivers page , I don't have time to check everything
And do you know when exactly that stopped working?
have you ever seen in the manager, a mention usb 3?
