Hi:
If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive.
If you cannot, then you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service guide where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media, you will be asked to select the version of W10 you need to install...probably W10 Home.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
