Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my HP Stream since Oct 2016 and everything has been fine with it, up until this week when all of a sudden it won't charge. It says Plugged in Not Charging.  I have run all the tests, and by pressing F2 to get in the testing mode the adaptor was ok but the battery failed. I then ran the test in the HP assistant, and the Battery was OK and started to charge, as the test was being run. Once the test had finished the battery stopped charging, and the result from the test showed the battery to be OK. I have uninstalled the battery in Device manager and updated the BIOS. I hope someone can help me with this issue please???
