Product: HP All in One 24-dp0000wi
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today I purchased an HP AIO dp 0000wi or 24 0816in (as it is termed in India) silver colour with a 10th generation i3 processor, 8 GB Ram and 512 SSD. My problem is that the computer has a pop up camera provided on the top of the computer. But I don’t know how to open it. I contacted the Official HP whatsapp Chat support and the executive says I should press on it and it will pop up automatically but I tried and it doesn’t. Can someone please guide me  ?
