Product: HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i (6L7D8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Portable hard drive( istorage disk Shur DT)  keeps disconnecting itself  after about 5 minutes of being running? Have turned off USB  on this PC to turn off portable hard drive to save power?

I think you have to change your power setting to have USB while the PC is sleeping.

Hi sorry I’ve replied late only been really busy. I have  gone in to device manager and turned off usb disconnection also turned off hard drives but still  disconnects. Also if I leave cable in the usb port but disconnect from hard drive it shuts pc off after about 5 minutes. Very strange…
