OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-213w

On the Omen it has two sets of ports. One at the top and one on the backside. The ones on the backside work just fine, however the backside ports don't have a C-Plug, but the top ports have one. I tried plugging really anything into not just the C-Port but all of them and none of them work. Like nothing glows to indicate its on, nothing connects and my PC doesn't register anything has been plugged in. It's like it's almost not connected. I want to know how to fix this, all the wiring should be in place. Is it my operating system? Why does everything else work but the top set of ports?

I suggest that you run an extensive system test by following the steps listed below:

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. From the main menu, click System Test and then click on Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once.
