That is a really good question, because an M.2 NVMe SSD should indeed be fitted with a heatsink -at least in my opinion.

 

So, yes, buy the version with the heatsink!

If I purchased the 500 w PSU, what GPU options would I have, besides the RTX 4060 you recommended previously? Looking for mostly NVIDIA GPUs, but if you have any AMD recommendations, let me know.

With a 500-watt power supply, I would recommend a smaller-sized (two fan or Mini) graphics card model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable such as an RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070, RTX 3060, probably an RTX 3060 Ti, GTX 1080, RX 7600, RX 7600 XT, or an RTX 4060 Ti.
