Hi all, I have the HP Pavilion, 690-0067c. Which has the
Ryzen 7, 1700
AMD Radeon 550
Motherboard is sunflower 17516-1
PSU-310W.
What would be a upgraded compatible GPU card, if there is. Also, would this model handle a 500w PSU with that motherboard or would that also have to be upgraded? If so what would that be upgraded too?
Im just wondering really if GTA5 (FiveM) would run okay with what I got now.. Its coming in the mail just purchased last night. Thanks.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Pavilion 690-0067c as fitted with the Sunflower motherboard (SSID: 8433), is compatible with these 500-watt power supplies: 901759-013 / L05757-800. And yes, your PC would handle a more powerful power supply just fine, it will only take the wattage it needs, and no more. With a 500-watt power supply, you can power up to a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060Ti.
Another power supply upgrade would be this 400-watt power supply with p/n: 942332-001 / L04618-800, with which you can power a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060, such as this Amazon purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GeForce-WINDFORCE-Graphics-GV-N4060WF2OC-8GD/dp/B0C8JZNLZL/ref=sr_1_....
By the way, the best compatible processor for your Pavilion would be the Ryzen 7 2700.
Kind Regards,
