Power Light on PC Blinks

Hi,

My All-in-one system usually works well, except if I leave it alone for a while; then the light on the power button (on the side of the PC) blinks. If I touch it for a moment, nothing happens; if I hold it down, the PC turns off and I restart it.

I've surmised that the system has gone into the sleep mode. How do you awaken it, short of what I have been doing -- turning it off and re-starting?

Generally, just pressing the start button will wake a PC from sleep.
