I need help finding a compatible power supply for my HP Pavilion p7-1254 Desktop PC.

you may not be able to use a recent graphics card
For the power supply, you should be able to use a standard module
I couldn't find a concrete example.

In theory only old graphics cards if you have bios 7.xx not 8.xx
AMD Radeon HD 6xxx cards, or a Nvidia GT (X) 6xx card
can be used
on condition of having the required power supply for the chosen model
