Power Supply Upgrade Question

I have a HP EliteDesk800 G3 TWR, that i bought off a friend with a MSI GTX 1650. It has the base 250 watt PSU. I want to put in a MSI RTX 3050 Low Profile, and was told to upgrade the PSU along with the GPU. I found one that says works with my computer off of amazon, but can anyone actually confirm that it works?
