I was looking at power supply upgrades but cant find a straight answer I currently have the HP part no. 918585-001 at 500W. Any point in the right direction is appreciated.

Here is your computer. Video on removing/replacing PSU in the 880 series. (Step-by-step).
I do not know how much power you need, and for what? Maybe a 650W would suffice? Depends on answer.😊
Sources from a 2018 reply: "You might consider the 750 watt platinum rated power supply HP offers in the 880 series. It's will have all of the proper connectors. HP Part Surfer has it in stock. PN 919937-800".
