Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Whenever I plug my 6th generation iPad Pro in the USB 3 port on the front of my computer to sync and back it up, I get a message saying that the unknown device on the USB port requires more power than the port can provide.  Yet, I can plug my iPhone in the same USB port and not see this error message and, stranger still, I can plug my iPad into my HP laptop... and not get that message. Does anyone know what's going on with this and if there is a fix for it?
