Welcome to the HP Forum.
Ebay has the TG01-0023w MB listed as a purchase option.
One of the eBay MB images highlights the front I/O. All of the front I/O ports and the power button are integrated into the TG01-0023w MB.
Many parts used to manufacture the TG01-0023w PC are listed at HP Part Surfer. Individual front I/O parts are not listed at HP Part Surfer.
As a matter of fact, I did not see the MB on the list at HP Part Surfer.
What I am saying is; I think it would probably be very difficult (maybe impossible) to repair or replace a faulty power button on this MB.
A qualified Electronics Tech might be able to repair the MB's failing power button.
If not, then you may have to purchase a HP like-kind replacement MB or retire the PC.
Regards
