Hi. I git this AIO used without a power cable or adapter. Does anyone have a reputable website that sells the power adapter? TIA

Find Your Product Number:

  • Look on your All-in-One device for a product information tag.
  • Alternatively, if you are using a Windows computer, you can press fn + esc to open the HP System Information window which will display the product number.
  • You can also search for and open HP Support Assistant, where the system information will be shown on the main screen.

Visit the HP Parts Store:

  • Go to the HP Parts Store.
  • In the "Find your part" field, enter your product number and press Enter.

Select the Compatible AC Adapter:

  • If prompted, select your model number.
  • In the "Category search" box, select "Batteries and Adapters" from the drop-down menu. A list of compatible AC adapters will be displayed.
  • Check the description to ensure the adapter is compatible with your specific model.

Order the Adapter:

  • Choose the quantity, and then select the check box in the last column.
  • Click "Proceed to checkout" to finish ordering the part, or click "Add to Cart" to continue shopping for other parts.
