Random power loss with subsequent light that flashes yellow with beep.

@DonaldAD , welcome to the forum.

 

The LED flashing and the Beeps are called BIOS beep codes.  This telling you which component is causing the problem.  There should be a pattern to the LED flashes and beeps - for instance, 1 long and 2 short beeps.  Let me know what you see and hear.
