Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to replace the power supply of an HP Pavilion TP01-1005ns with one with higher power and if it has to be from HP.
The one that comes standard is 310W, I would like to install a more powerful one, about 550-650W but I don't know if the ones sold on the market could be installed.
Thanks in advance.

There are a few options for this.
Your 310w SFF version can drive a 120w video card.
The 350w SFF version from the TG02 / Victus 15L can support a 150w video card.
The 400w SFF version is super expensive and would be able to do your card.
The much larger format versions for the HP Z2 G4 would work but you would need to reverse mount them and the exhaust fan will be semi obstructed.
The 500w large format version for the Z2 G4 is like $50 to $60.
The 650w large format version for the Z2 G4 is like $170+

The only upgrade that I am aware of for the Baker motherboard your PC has is the HP L69242 400W 80+ PSU.
It has a PCIe 6+2 connector for a discrete video card.
The GHTX 1660Ti or Super is compatible with the motherboard, although a 450W PSU is recommended.

Thanks for your answer
Yeah, HP PSUs are really expensive. So for me it's not worth to buy one
For know I can work and play games with my current upgraded PC ( H411R CPU cooler, 24 Gb RAM, Asus Radeon RX 550). Maybe next near I'll buy a PC gamer.
