Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

A really good question.

 

The part number for the power supply adapter for an HP U28 4k HDR monitor is: M04395-001 "EPS 180W AC ADPTR 19V 9.47A".

 

Unfortunately, using a quick search, I couldn't locate an obvious purchase option in the UK -it is on backorder via HP-UK.
