IMHO, is not available for install internal graphics. Is necessary approx. install with the inconvenient of free space in the inner, one Power Supply of 600watts. and one or two fan cooler more.

Maybe I’m just slow but does that mean there isn’t an option? It doesn’t have to be that graphics card but ultimately I want to add one to my kids pc and I know I have to upgrade the power supply. Is there an easy option between 300w-700w supply I can easily swap with the one that is in there?

What are the exact measurements of your power supply?

Above is a standard ATX PSU.

 

The GTX 1050 cards are dual slot. What is the length of your selected card?

Then measure the available length. The length must be so long as to strike the 24 pin motherboard power plug and wiring.  If the card is too long, it will not seat into the PCIE slot as it would strike the main power plug/wiring.

Hi wb2001,

 

A dual slot graphics card may also hit the front USB 2.0 and audio connectors on the MB.

 

Ran into someone else in this forum a couple months back who actually got a dual slot, single fan Nvidia card to work. I can't find the thread.

 

I think the OP disconnected the front panel stuff or the card did clear these connections (can't remember) and trimmed part of the plastic shroud on the graphics card so it would clear the 24 pin PSU connector.

 

This was one determined individual!

That diagram matches the size of the one I have. The graphics card doesn’t have to be anything special I just want it to help amplify the kids gaming experience (fortnite, Minecraft, etc). They have a Xbox one for the graphically intensive stuff.
