Product: HP Desktop PC M01-F1000a (2W898AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i was looking to upgrade my power supply hp l70042-001 180w to at least a 400w unit preferrably 600w but i dont know what im looking for, i heard HP has unique internals. Also, if there is any information that would be neccesary/helpful to swapping out an HP psu that would be greatly apreciated.

Windows 11
AMD Ryzen™ 5 4600G Processor

12 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM memory(3) (1 x 8 GB, 1 x 4 GB)
512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 Solid State Drive
AMD Radeon™ graphics
i could not find the model for the pc case

@JakobACE , welcome to the Community.

 

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  Your best option is contact HP Customer Support to see if one of their 500W PSU's will be compatible with your motherboard.
