Product: HP ProDesk 405 G6 Desktop Mini PC (163Y3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello! I have 2 HP ProDesk 405 G6 DM with AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400GE and AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 3200GE. I want to upgrade to AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750GE (HP ProDesk 405 G6 DM is supported this CPU). I bought a new processor AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750GE, installed it, but nothing happens when I turn it on - the fan is spinning, the power light is on, there is no sound, and there is no image on the screen. Then I reset the CMOS, but everything is the same. Then returned the native processors - the PC booted. Bios is the latest S25 02.12.00 03/23/2023.
What's wrong? Please help me.
