will i need the  5-12v converter module because i v seen that you needed that one before,i dont know much about the psu so i might need a little help

You don't need the ATX power supply adapter if the 400-watt power supply is sufficient to power your desktop/graphics card.

alright man so i ll just go for that psu only no more addition and i ll just watch some youtube video about the psu cable where i can plug each cable,or maybe if i found that to be so complicated i might just go for a 6pin to sata because my gpu needs that.

The 400-watt power supply is equipped with one 6+2-pin (8-pin) PCIe power cable.

What graphics card are you planning to use?

im planning to get that 400w supply if i dont know how to plug that into my computer i might i just go for the 6pin to sata,the gpu that i wanna go for is a gtx 1650 oc has a 6pin
