I am not surprised by the response from Kingston. The memory density issue was mentioned message #2.
Try some other memory manufacturers and see if you can obtain the proper memory dimms.

Hello to everyone reading this in 2017.
Thankfully i've read this topic before buying the another 8 GB of RAM for my HP 8100 Elite SFF (2x4GB).
Because the Low/High Density is not specified by the manufacturers i wanted to leave some info here:
I bought Patriot RAM and it is compatible (Low Density).
