I have upgraded my desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now I have problem installing the driver for HP AVerMedia H789 TV tuner PCIe card. I checked all over the internet and even with Avermedia support but with no luck.
Does anyone point me in the correct direction, please?

@fernawwss The drivers available on HP website is based on the product, if you have a non-HP device I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:
follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, is yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

Thanks for your response.
I have installed this AVerMedia TV tuner expansion PCIe card on a desktop I built on my own. I was working fine with my Windows 7 installation. Hence I can't provide a product number actually.
I have tried installing the driver downloaded from https://www.helpjet.net/Fs-27223694-86148882-62561929.html with compatibility mode in Windows 10 but keep getting the error 9998.
I was wondering there might be an updated driver for the same from HP. There are numerous forum threads posting the same question no one posted a definite answer. Hope you might be able to help.
Cheers
