HP Pavilion HPE-1237C
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone! Am using Hp pavilion hpe-1237c, intel i5-2320, Ram-ddr3 10gb, psu-450W(which i changed recently not the factory one) and it came with a grpahics card of nvidia gt520, but recently i decided to change the gpu, so i bought nvidia gtx 1660 card, then unistalled all the previous nvidia drivers before inserting the new one, then when i installed the new one into the board all i can get is the hp startup menu even in that if i press esc its just stuck in there, if i remove the gpu and boot with onboard intel graphics it comes up normal!! Can anyone please fix this issue ? I even tried re-setting the bios and then updated the bios, then checked all the cables everything was okay, but the issue isn't resolved yet. Please help me.

Hi,

Your PC does not have a newer UEFI BIOS that is needed to use a 1660. There is no UEFI BIOS update for this PC from HP.

You need to look at Nvidia 600 series graphics cards as a viable upgrade path.
