Problem with hp CDDVDw SH216BB Drive

Problem with hp CDDVDw SH216BB Drive need driver or firmware. drive is recognized by system but will not play dvd 's  it will play cd's the driver that MICROSOFT installed seems to be for cd only from what i have seen probably the wrong driver? anyone with ideas where i can get a driver or know what might be going on with it?

Thanks for getting back to me and the help!  I own a computer, I bought it. upgrading to windows 10 and having to use and pay for an app that microsoft could of taken care of, when i have equipment that works fine that they basically broke by not supplying the correct drivers for it, they did for the cd part of the drive that works great.  MAC/APPLE are looking much better everyday when microsoft does this type of stuff.  Thank you again.

You don't have to pay, if you have this problem, try VLC for example, and tell me if it's ok?
