OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i (236B0AV)

Hello everyone, I have an Omen 30L desktop and I have an issue with the product support here. When I enter the serial number that's on the back of my pc, the hp website shows me a wrong device, it literally shows an omen 25L, and whenever I click on it to download drivers/updates on the website it gives me a 404 error (We're sorry

We can't seem to find the page you were looking for.). The product number that appears is 236B0AV, even though that is not my product number at all. Mine is 2S3Q6EA. and it used to say Omen 30L Desktop GT13-0155no PC, now it says GT13-0000i which is obviously not my pc.  What could be the problem here. It used to be just fine and match my actual PC. Same thing happens on hp support assistant app, it shows a wrong model of pc, even though I enter my serial number that always worked and belongs to this pc. Thanks.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Please type in System Information in your Windows search bar, click on System Information, and look to the right of: "System Model", "System SKU", "BIOS Version/Date" and "BaseBoard Product", and provide that information.

OK, the information you provided confirmed that you got an HP Omen GT13-0155no (2S3Q6EA), fitted with a DoradoOC-AMP motherboard (SSID: 8703), and the most recent BIOS download for your PC is version F.30 Rev.A, which you got already. (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/omen-desktop-pc-30l-gt13-0000i/33492325).

 

Don't worry about the "GT13-0000i" designation, which is just HP's way of referring to "GT13-0xxx" series Omen. Look for the BIOS upgrade(s) associated with your DoradoOC motherboard (SSID: 8703), and you are good to go!

I just don't understand why my product does not come up when I enter its correct serial number and even in HP's support assistant app my device is displayed incorrectly, that wasn't the case a few weeks ago. I even had problems with omen gaming hub displaying my pc as Omen 25L which has less rgb zones and I could not control the rgbs on my pc as they weren't displayed, however that fixed on it's own after some time.
