Problema accensione notebook

Il mio notebook hp 250 G10 9Y6X3AT#ABZ si avvia solo se l'alimentatore  è collegato.

Dopo l'avvio posso staccare l'alimentatore ed il computer funzione regolarmente. Ho eseguito il test

della batteria che non ha problemi, si carica regolarmente e mantiene la carica.

Dopo l'uso spengo il notebook e per riavviarlo devo ricollegare l'alimentazione.
