Processor fan now ticking sound when idle, intermittent but slowly getting more frequent & louder. Tis is 6th Fault inside 2yrs of 3yr Care package. Don't want fix, I want a replacement/upgrade this is too poor quality for any customer, let alone a disabled customer like me.
HP contact me or shall i report my experience of HP products to UK newspaper?

first of all, this is a USA based USER TO USER forum we are not hp employes so your complaint on a USA user forum when you live in the UK is not a productive thing as we can do nothing for you
you will need to contact HP support in the UK, and i would also recomend that you not vent at the support personal, as they do not set policy and pissing off the person trying to help you will not be productive

Customer Support Services is poor in the UK surely HP reputation is everything to sell their products? This PC has had 5 repair returns under a 3yr care package within 2yrs since purchase. Jeff Customer Services San Francisco helped me in February 2018. After several years HP now have a support line in the support dashboard in my account so contact has been easier this time but difficult to find correct pages in blue & white colours. Quality & Reliability is very poor, so I will use the European Formal Complaints procedure for my grievances of possible Disability Discrimination and/or Misrepresentation of selling a reliable product.
If HP get it right 1st not the 6th time in 2yrs since purchase, I'll praise the HP forums. That's a good solution & reputation for HP? Thanks for your reply.
