The processor is not supported for Windows 11, 
Motherboard is Higos
Form factor: uATX: 24.0x24.0 cm (9.4x9.4 in)

Chipset: PROM2

Memory sockets: 4 x DDR4

Processor socket: AM4

What processor can I upgrade to to run w11?

Hi:

 

According to the processor upgrade info at the link below, your PC only supports up to the AMD Ryzen7-1800X

 

OMEN by HP 880-075no Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

If you are willing to clean install W11, you should be able to get it to work.
