Hello,
I have been trying to upgrade the CPU on my system with a IPIEL-LA3 motherboard. HP's webpage says that the board is compatible with Core 2 Duos and Quads(https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c01746799) I have tried Q9400 but the system don't start, there are just beeps signals. Please help

It is rated for the Q9500 not the Q9400. Must be a Yorkfield chip.
