You're very welcome.

The product number you posted indicates that you have a HP Slim Desktop S01-aF2004na PC.

HP Slim Desktop S01-aF2004na Bundle PC | HP® Ireland

According to all of the information I could find, your PC has one memory slot and supports up to 1 x 8 GB of memory.

HP HP Slim S01-aF2004na | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

The parts list and the product specs indicate your PC came with 1 x 8 GB of memory as did the Crucial memory report.

HP PartSurfer

Are you sure the PC only has 4 GB of memory?

Here is an eBay listing of the motherboard your PC comes with, and it shows the one memory slot location.

HP BohemiaCR S01-AF2003w Motherboard Intel Celeron J4025 N05249-012 L56028-012 | eBay

The Intel processor specs for your PC's processor indicate it can only support up to 8 GB of memory.

Intel® Pentium® Silver J5040 Processor

It would be a complete gamble on your part to install a 16 GB memory chip, but if you want to roll the dice with the odds against you, this would be a compatible 16 GB memory chip to try:

Timetec 16GB DDR4 2666MHz PC4-21300 Unbuffered Non-ECC 1.2V CL19 2Rx8 Dual Rank 260 Pin SODIMM Lapto...

It would be an interesting experiment though.

If you can return the memory if it doesn't work, then it may be well worth the gamble.

Cheers,

Paul

What is the product number of your PC?

You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

Type: System Information

The System information app should show up.

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

The 52Z15AV is a product number that encompasses many different individual PC model numbers/product numbers in the S01-aF2000i model series.
