M120 wireless mouse

i have purchase wireless mouse from flipkart(M120) and serial number is Removed .. problem im facing is this mouse is not working and consuming more power cell...i purchase on july/2025 and it take 4 cell in 3 months ... now i am going to contact to customer care but it first ask SN on website but its showing 

Please enter a valid serial number.

Check Batteries & Usage

The M120 uses AA batteries. Ensure you are using good-quality alkaline batteries.

Wireless mice consuming 4 batteries in 3 months is higher than normal; usually, batteries last 6–12 months depending on usage.

 

Test on Another PC

Connect the mouse to another computer to check if the issue persists.

This helps confirm if the problem is with the mouse itself or your system.

 

Try Power-Saving Tips

Turn off the mouse when not in use.

Reduce usage of the mouse over USB hubs (connect directly to the PC if possible).

Keep the mouse away from devices causing wireless interference.

i follow all above solution ..but its  not working... in a one month power cell drag out again ..
