I recently purchased an  OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1455xt with Kingston FURY 16 GB DDR5-5200 MT/s XMP RGB sticks, and wanted to upgrade to the 32 GB version of the Ram at the same specs. I wanted to see if it was possible to get them directly through HP to get the HP certified version rather than getting them through amazon .

Hi @jdanglo98

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To upgrade the RAM in your OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1455xt and get the HP certified Kingston FURY 32 GB DDR5-5200 MT/s XMP RGB sticks, it's understandable that you might prefer purchasing directly from HP to ensure compatibility and support.

Here are the steps you can take to check if HP offers the specific RAM upgrade you're looking for:

1. Check HP's Official Store

HP offers various accessories and upgrades through their official store, and it's worth checking if they have the Kingston FURY DDR5 RAM sticks you want.

  • Go to the official HP Store: HP Store
  • Navigate to PC Accessories or OMEN Accessories (this depends on the layout of the store at the time).
  • Look for memory upgrades for your OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop or search directly for DDR5 RAM and see if the Kingston FURY 32 GB DDR5-5200 MT/s XMP RGB is listed.

If the specific RAM model you want isn't listed, it could be that HP doesn't sell that exact part directly through their store.

2. Check HP Support and Spare Parts

HP provides support for parts and accessories, and sometimes these parts can be purchased through HP's authorized channels.

  • Visit the HP Support page: HP Support
  • Enter your OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop's model number (GT22-1455xt) to view parts and upgrades compatible with your system.
  • Look for memory upgrades under the Parts & Accessories section. This will show any certified options for your PC model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
