Welcome to our HP community forum!
That depends on what graphics card (if any) you want to install in your HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0014. Meaning, if you want to power a higher end graphics card, say an RTX 4060, the minimum power supply should be the 400-watt PSU.
Here are the power supply options for your desktop:
180-watt power supply with p/n: L08660-800
310-watt power supply with p/n: L64961-800
400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800
500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800
Each of these PSUs can be purchased online, such as via eBay.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
