I have an Omen 25L. RTX 4060ti. Believe I have 2 sticks of Kingston Fury 16gb Heatsink RAM. I have looked online but I don't see heating. I only see Infared. Can you send a link to the correct RAM I can purchase to upgrade my RAM or can I use Infared sticks and Heatsink sticks together. Any other info is welcomed.
Thank you!

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
As it isn't clear to me what Omen 25L model you got, are you saying you got 2x16GB of Kingston Fury "Heatsink" RAM fitted in 2 out of 4 RAM slots, and you want to add two more of the same RAM sticks?
Please provide your RAM's model/part number.
Kind Regards,

Hi @Matt_Fly-704,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
For your OMEN 25L Gaming Desktop equipped with an RTX 4060 Ti and existing Kingston Fury 16 GB Heatsink RAM modules, you can consider upgrading your RAM using compatible options available from Kingston. It is generally recommended to use RAM sticks with matching specifications to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
Recommended RAM Options:
- Kingston FURY DDR5-5200 MHz XMP RGB Heatsink RAM:
- Choose configurations such as 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) or other compatible options listed for your OMEN 25L series.
Matching RAM components are important for stability in configurations, particularly the frequency and latency specifications. While you mentioned finding infrared sticks online, it is best to ensure that the new sticks share the same key specifications (like speed and voltage) with your current RAM. Mixing different types of RAM, such as heatsink and infrared, without compatibility verification may lead to hardware issues. Thus, purchasing RAM from the same series or model ensures you maintain performance standards.
I hope this helps.
