Question regarding keyboard supporting the use of Spanish language letters and punctuation symbols

HP Recommended
HP all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP desktop all in one computer. It has a wireless keyboard. I'm trying to figure out if this keyboard supports Spanish language letters and punctuation. I'm taking an online Spanish course, and I have to put accent marks on some of the letters and use an upside down question mark or exclamation point for some things. Is there anything I can do to get my keyboard to do that? Please advise. Thanks.

@Dawn85

Where did you buy the machine ? It should have Spanish keyboard/language to come with it otherwise you have to set it up.

Please use Google and search for setup keyboard to type Spanish, you can see many options. Please pick one which is suitable for you.

I bought the machine at Best Buy. I'm confused by your reply. If I had Spanish keyboard/language that came with it, I wouldn't have come on here asking why I don't have it. I'll just call Best Buy and ask them.
