According to HP's specs, your HP Pavilion Desktop - 500-539 (K5G71AA) as fitted with the Orchid2-S motherboard (SSID: 2B35), is fitted with the stock 300-watt ATX power supply. You upgraded your processor from an A10-7800 (65-watt TDP) to an A10-7850B (95-watt TDP).
Given that a GTX 1650 has a 75-watt TDP (minimum 250-watt power supply required), I believe you should be fine with your stock power supply. Btw, I assume your GTX 1650 graphics card doesn't require a 6-pin PCIe power cable. If -in the unlikely event your graphics card starts to stutter or your game crashes, it would be easy to upgrade your power supply, since your motherboard is 24-pin ATX power enabled. Meaning, any industry standard ATX power supply would be compatible with your motherboard. Only thing to watch for would be the ATX power supply's dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case. However, most standard (750-watt or less) ATX power supplies should fit in your PC.
