The best I can do for you is that this power supply looks to me like an HP-(re-)branded G600 Gold Cooler Master entry-level ATX power supply: https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/power-supplies/g-series/g600-gold/#specifications, and if this is the case, its dimensions (L x W x H) are about: 140 x 150 x 86 mm (5.5 x 5.9 x 3.4 inches).
