HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

My PC came with 8GB RAM. Last month, I was trying to play a game and it kept closing automatically, I figured out I needed more RAM. I purchased a Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x16GB. At first, it worked really well, my PC was very fast. However, after a couple weeks, I started to get BSODs very frequently. I performed a clean boot and that solved my problem.
Until, last week my PC decided not to turn on anymore. I ended up having to change my RAM back to the original (8GB that came with the pc) and reinstall Windows 11 (I also had to format my pc during the process).
I would like to figure out if the RAM I purchased ( Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x16GB) is compatible with my PC (HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w) and how to install it properly, please.
